Edu, You are doing well in English!

The eufeeling is a reflection in the mind. The mind wants to do something and it creates the feelings from the nothingness.

If you can become aware of the nothingness, just be there. If a love "feeling" comes from that, then it is a eufeeling. Just notice the eufeeling then.

Hi Edu,

I echo Cloud. Your English is just fine.  Smiley

When you do PA meditation, you feel the No-thing-ness. Then you have Eufeeling coming to you.
It may take a little while, trailing no-thing-ness.

Then while you are staying in Eufeeling, look at a surroundings. But not the things, objects, but the space between you and the object you are looking at. That space is PA. You can feel the PA without being aware of the contents of awareness.

The main thing is have fun doing it. Enjoy!  Cheesy

I don't post this to try and improve on Frank's teachings, only help others in their process.
This comes from The Sedona Method and The Release Technique. People may find it helpful as another way to more personally experience PA. Try it!

Who am I?   1. Who am I? Give an answer, feel it fully
      2. And if I’m even more than that, Who am I? (give an answer, feel it fully)
      3. And if I’m even more than that, Who am I?
Continue to ask yourself that question until you go totally quiet

Hello Edu and welcome!

The key as Frank articulates it is to be aware of whatever comes into awareness and simply observe CLOSELY rather than trying to control or interpret it: discursive thoughts, perceptions/sensations, nothing (PA), Eufeeling; your awareness of any or all of them: whatever. Just gently observe what shows up CLOSELY without judgment or trying to influence it with your mind and you (and your QE partner if you are initiating it on his/her behalf) will be increasingly nourished by PA and/or Eufeeling.

Blessings,

Alfred

Hi all, I'm a newbie wandering through the forum for the first time. My slant on the preceding 4 pages is that pure awareness is also pure silence, and when being aware the silent part is pure.

Welcome id21!

I'm sorry this welcome is late in coming. I don't get to visit every category in this forum everyday.
I hope you're enjoying this forum.

Pure silence "sounds" good in that, where no sound, no-thing is, is pure awareness.  Wink
