fears/tensions and anxiety (Please help me with this)

I have a lot of tension in my body. The whole day of mine is to life with a lot of tension (especially in my stomach area).
Also I have some fears: fears for driving a car and some fears/blockages to phone freely with my clients and I am sometimes very unsecure about myself (I am an accountmanager in Tourisme).
So when I stay up in the morning till when I go to sleep, I have almost a constantly feeling of anxiety and stress. I think of this stress I also have frequently headaches.

I hope you can heal me for the above problems. So I will be more stress free and be more confident about my self.

I know exactly how you feel because somtimes I experience similar problems.
QE will definitely help you as it helped me and many others.
I also find useful, 'Bach' rescue remedy although the last bottle I bought, we dropped it when it was still new!
I also suggest that you learn QE and practice it on somebody else. You will still benefit.
Personally, I find it difficult to QE myself when I am very tense.

Hi guys ,
Same for me as well as I said in my post
I am alone quite a lot at the moment and
if something bad happens I just go in a blind  panic
the feeling is awful.

The Bach rescue remedy helps a bit
but I can't practice QE as I am too anxious to do so.

I hope Maikel will fell better soon
