Hello QE Friends,

Despite my attempts to heal my financial situation, things appear to be getting worse.  I am scheduled to appear in court on 7/7/10 as my landlord attempts to evict me from the house I am renting. The court document says I owe $2084.50 in back rent.  It would be great to be able to pay this and rent for July and succeeding months, but the appearance right now is that the money isn't there.

I have tried to QE this situation myself, but I can't seem to let go of the anxiety and worry long enough to achieve PA and Eufeeling; at least that's how it seems.  I believe I have grounds to either dismiss the case on the basis of improper notification or at least have it held in abeyance until I can find a new place to live and the money to pay the rent, but any QE help you can provide to see me with more than enough money to support myself, a court case resolved in my favor, and whatever else you can come up with will be most appreciated.

Thanks so much!

Hi Patrice,

As someone who has been facing similar trials lately, I will definitely QE for you Patrice. One thing I have been doing to quiet my mind is to just sit in a quiet place or a park and if you have been like me, you are not able to quiet your mind. but stay there and just let yourself rest. Maybe mentally scan your body and check your shoulders and neck and relax them and just think about your breath. Sorry if it sounds like meditation, but Im thinking of ways to bring your attention somewhere and create some quiet gaps.

I wish you peace and lightness

Thanks so much Meregoose!  I really appreciate it.  The thing that seems to work for me is cardiovascular exercise like walking. I think I get into that flight or fight syndrome when the anxiety overtakes me, and vigorous walking helps a lot.  I just came back from walking a 2 mile stretch of beach and feel a lot better although discussion with legal aid was pretty depressing.  Anyway, thanks again for sending me QE!
