Yesterday evening when I was almost finished from the 'World Peace Session', our youngest son Karl came to me and asked," how can I stop my thoughts?" and I answered with another question, "why do you want to stop them?" Well, he said that when he goes to sleep and closes his eyes, they become more vivid and don't let him sleep.(I know that he was having trouble with sleep).
So I told him the little exercise to watch them, then see from where the next one is coming. He noticed the gap and described it as a happy feeling................and that's without reading any of Frank's books

Last night he had a very restful sleep.
Isn't that entrainment?
